NEXT LEVEL NUTRA, LLC NITRIC STORM AND MAXIMUM TEST THEY ADVERTISED WEIGHT LOSS/FAT BURNER - I LOST 0 POUNDS AND HAD 0 EFFECTIVENESS. HENDERSON Nevada

I ordered these products ( Nitric Storm and Maximum Test) on the basis of them advertising a fat burning, chloresterol lowering, metabolism raising weight loss health supplement.  The products were offered on a free trial basis but shipping had to be paid. There was no dates for the trial offer that I noticed probably because it was a free trial. I paid for the shipping with a debit card on July 18, 2016 and received the product 2 days latter at my address in Texas. On the morning of August 5, 2016, my bank account was debited $94.67 for the Nitric Storm and $94.60 for Maximum test. I immediately called customer service for Nitric Storm and Maximum Test, on 8/5/16, was told that I only had 18 days to cancel before I was charged for the product. The charges were not made known to me before this or else I would not have tried the product. The customer service representative, who was a very nice person, cancelled the monthly order that wasn't made clear but said no monies could be refunded. Basically I am screwed for the $189.27 that I am blindsided with.

I am a veteran, almost 70 year old retired First Sergeant after 24 years in the US Army. I only took the product for 10 days and did not lose any weight or had any fat loss. I did have a mild heart attack on August 1, 2016, and the Doctors told me to stop taking these supplements immediately. I wasn't giving any notice to the limited trial dates, or even was aware of the 18 day cancellation limit until I looked at my bank account debits.  I feel like I was taken advantage of and even though i should have read the fine print. I would appreciate any help in this matter pray to God that other people are not taken advantage of in this evil manner.
