nextdayauto sent wrong parts 3 days late, won't refund money San Clemente California

my wife, rena, ordered 2 gearshift linkage grommets and paid exgtra to have them sent the next day.  Three days later we get a pair ofPCV valve grommets.  Called business, spoke with "Joe" who immediately denied placing wrong order "because there's no human involvement here...everything is done by computer."  He said that about 10 times before conceding that it was he my wife spoke with.  He also said he did not stock what we ordered.  I was with my wife when she ordered it to make sure she named the parts properly which she did. "Joe" would not refund our money and would only accept a return if we paid for shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  We declined as it was his error.  He refused to refund our money.  We have since filed a report with the BBB.
