Nextgen tv bandit Next Gengadgets Over and xtra charged charges Pacolma California

2/28/2018.. Ordered pkg deal of 3 bandits for $74.85 Called them within hr. For bank acct. Showed 2 charges one for $224.55 an 2nd pd to next gear. Of $6.74 for international. Charge..i told them texas an california. Are in same country.. was told supervisor would call back.. 3/1 nothing. Calld got same msg.,3/2, got call back. Was asked my bank name an told co. Was investigating i would recieve call back in 24 hrs . I called 3/3, 3/4, till 3/19..each time letting them know i was keeping record of my calls an responses well on 19th i was told needed to email.

To judith@rapid phone center.com. with greivance and send proof of charges. So i did. On 19th.. I recieved no response even after. Re emails an phone calls each day..on 4/3 got response threw email stating they could not locate my charges could i resend ..i did same time..me doing more emails an more calls an keeping record of each..on 4/30 was told was sending my info to upper management. I would recieve a call back before 5pm. Nope nothing ..so again im emailing an calling almost daily...same responses each time..untill 6/26/2018..

On this day as soon as i gave inv. # an my info ..i was told ...sorry we can nolonger help with this matter we nolonger do business with tv bandit..i asked if they could give me the info for who where i was needing to contact ..was told no an hung up on ..yet their site still. Has available tv bandits an there is no other number to contact ...so from Feb.28- June 26,2018. I was blowed off lied to never actually helped then just hung up on an never recieved my $155.94 they took extra out of my acct. An since 26th of june they wont even say anything im just hung up on after i give invoice number..
