I had ordered a sharp LC45GD5U, they had shipped me LC45GD4U which is damaged (The screen is broken and has lots of scratches). There are enough wear and tear to the TV as opposed to what they had promised me during the transaction (Theyhad told me the item is being shipped from Sharp warehouse and will have no cosmetic problems). One mr Eliott had asked me to purchase the Extended warranty and had purchyased it but did not recieve it so far. I had given my card number to them and now I got an alert from Citibank saying that, my card is being used fior some illegal activities and my card is closed. Bewaer these people are totally totally scam artists. I have the proof of the oder and the Item I recieved and the package etc. Please some one help, 2500 is a big amount for me and the mental trauma me and my family is going through is un explainable. Please do not buy anything from these people.

this customer order a 45 inch lcd tv, at the time he placed the order he was informed to open and inspect the shipment for damage which he agreed to do. at time of delivery no inspection was made and it happened to be the unit was damaged when he opened it 2 days latter (the shipping claim was automatically denied). we informed the customer that we would reship him a new tv within 3-5 days, he informed us that he did not want a new tv and just wanted to cancel the order. we agreed and refunded his card.

he was refunded the full amount we lost the sale and the tv because of this customer.

we also have no affiliation with nextstepplasma.com
