They call themselves NEXUS and have ads running for at home jobs on Monster,Craigslist, and even Indeed. They dont require any special skills to hire you but their policies simply take money and you work but you dont make anything.

They have received many complaints posted on facebook and other sites. I worked for them 4 days and caught on. I got payed not one penny for my work. Literally had a 0 balance of income after taking more than 100 calls.

Here is therefee scale If a customer put below a 6on the survey for your services they take $17.00 from you it should be if below a 5 or 3 a 6 isnot a bad score, but there intention is not to pay you so it is set at 7.

If a customer chooses not to leave feedback at all $20.00 is taken from you. And as you know most people will not leave feedback. So read carefully these policies as you agree to them at sign in in order to work which is part of the ripoff.

They also lie about who actually leaves feedback and you have no way of verifying it. I had several customers tell me they would leave feedback I know with common sense some of these customers did, but Nexus told me only 3 peope left feedbck out of 100 thts crap. They flat out lied so they would not have to pay me.

They claim to pay $50.00 per retention i retained several customers and never saw this money. They also pay .07 cents per talk minute which should have given me a clue that they where a ripoff.

Thet claim to pay $12.00 per verified "would you recommend us" when answer is greater than 7, but this is also a fraud. I can only speak on what they did to me . If they did it to me you can bet they are doing this regularly to others. So dont say you did not know. If you go to work for these ripoffs.
