nexusop creditfix, credivoice/ usa contact point big time scam,pays per minute bad company owners, bad team leaders Internet

Beware. Nexusop/creditfix is up to it again. This company has changed creditfix to credivoice and they are out to scam more people. They do collect all of your personal infomation, your credit card number, birth date and s.c number. 

Everyone that works at nexusop or credit fix(They are the same company) is paid between 07. and 23 a minute and there are very stiff fees for working there such as in creditfix where you make 07 cents aminute, they charge you 20 cents for each call. now look at it this way, you work for 07 cents a minute, you are allowed 6 minutes per call and then they take 20 cents a way from you because you are buying the calls. so you make nothing.

nexusop customer service": you make 23 cents aminute, there are no call fees, but the calls are very few and you are allowed only 4 minutes to talk to the  customer. you will be flagged for anything and everything. once you get 2 flags you do not get calls and the company will lie to you and say you are fine just keep trying. QA agents are not trained how to do their jobs, they are gave a list of questions and told to follow that.  Live chat which is supposed to be on going support for the agents is useless, they are rude and will not help you, so you fail at your job.

Tech support is not tech support. The customer service agents will transfer customers there that need to have their accounts closed. the tech agents are 4 people, and they do not know their jobs, they have no training at all and they only guess at what they should say and do. Tech support does not know how to help you with any website issues, or computer issues. they just do not know and it is not their fault really, no one trained them. They do not even get a script to read, they are told "Wing it"

The owners of the company and the team leaders lie to the agents all the time if they answer the agents. They hate to be bothered at any time unless you are personal friends of theirs. There is no real training for anything, you go through a 3 hour e-learning that is pretty useless, then you are told to get on the phones. you have scripts to  read, but they just talk in circles and in the end, the agents lie to the customers and continue to bill their credit cards 29.95 a month to see 1 credit score.

So if you are looking for a work at home job, this is not the place for you to go. you get nothing from this company, they will pay you if you manage to make any money and it is through direct deposit once aweek. However there have been many agents who have never been paid.

as for the customers? well in creditfix soon to be credivoice. the customers are pressured into signing up for credit repair, supposedly this is as good as lexington law, they are charged 200.00 a month and nothing is ever done to fix their credit.

Nexusop is for those people who foolishly sign up for a one week trail credit score, this could be with clickfreescore.com (Not free) mycreditscore.com or most of the places where you go to see your credit report. none are free and will charge your credit/debit card every single month. they even have it fixed so that if a person looks for a car loan, a house, unemployment, welfare, disablity or ssi, or a job. they will be forced to sign up with myscore.com and myscore.com is every one of the so called free week trial places. Beware...you NEVER get to see your 3 scores no matter what you pay. you get to see one score and that is all.

Do your home work, do not work here and do not foolish sign up for a free credit score, and never use creditfix/credivoice to fix your credit, they are not who they say they are. they are just people working out of their homes
