NFL Ticket Exchange Triple booked SRO at Redskins-49rs Internet

 I am disabled and cannot call, I have to wait to get online so this is a late complaint. I received my Redskins/49rs tickets OK, we got to the stadium and had to wait until 3 minutes after game time before the security people activated the escalator, security did NOT check tickets. When my two sons and I got to our SRO places, we found people already there and for the entire game, we had to watch on the big screen due to the 2-3 deep people already at our place. One showed me a faded copy of a ticket and there was no one available to check if they were real. I could have watched the game at home and saved $ 400.00, I drove from Farmville Va. to give my sons their first NFL game. Big disappointment.
