I placed an order with nfljerseydiscount on October 3 2010 for 30 NFL Jerseys @ $22.00 per jersey for a total of $676.00. I received 9 jerseys in first shipment and 2 jerseys 2 weeks later. I have been trying since November 24th 2010 to get the merchant to ship the rest of the order.
Mr. Chen is my contact person for the order in China. I have offered to change my order if there is a problem with jerseys in stock. I even offered to let him just send any 19 Authentic Jerseys as long as they are XL - XXL sizes. He will not respond to my e-mails.
I paid for the order through PayPal but since this is an oversees company they will not standby their payment guarantees and my bank, Bank of America won't refund the amount, they keep telling me I have to settle this with the merchant. I should only owe $240.00 for the Jerseys I did receive and should receive a refund of $436.00.
I only want to receive my missing 19 Jerseys or get a refund of $436.00.
