I placed a large order with this company.  They responded via email and their online chat quickly until they got their money, then they were difficult to be found.

 

The order was given a tracking number about a day after the order was place.  The tracking number never became active, but was said to be detained in customs.  A customs tax must be paid before the shipment could be released, then a NEW tracking number would be issued.  RED FLAG!!

 

Then a new tracking number was issued, and the shipment was trackable.  The shipment however went to another address in another state.  The company claims that they couldn't do anything because it was lost AFTER it entered the United States. 

 

I believe it's a complete scam.  They claim that all of their shipments require signatures for delivery, yet this package was allowed to be delivered without a signature.  No idea if they actually paid for insurance.  I suspect they have taken out insurance, and will make a claim that the shipment is lost, but I will never see any of that money, nor will I ever see the product I ordered, or will I get my money back.

 

The company claims they hire a company to ship all of their products.
