NH Krystal Cancun Hotel Hotel & Resort Krystal Cancun LIED & SCAMMED ME in buying a timeshare Cancun, Internet

In October when getting off the plane at the Cancun airport, I stopped by a Tourist information counter to get directions for the bus to Playa del Carmen. The woman invited me to a presentation the next day which I agreed to.

I truly had no intention of buying anything, especially since I do not like Cancun and would never stay there. However the salesmen (one named, Ray Peace) assured me that they can rent out the unit being that it's across the street from the Convention Center, and it would be a good investment.

It was clearly explained and assured to me that my unit would be rented out without any problem and that in 6 months 10 of my weeks would reimburse me with $7,000. So far nothing!

In addition upon returning to the US, I paid Regal $661 to be the agents to rent out the unit. Claire Banks was recommended to be an excellent rep and she would take care of renting the unit. I spoke with Claire once upon signing the agreement and paying the $661. Since then, each time I call I cannot talk with her.

Since there has been no rentals of my unit and my credit card's APR is about to be increased to 16.9%, which I cannot afford. I would like to sell the unit and get my money back.

I see I am not alone. I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience and see if we can start a class action.
