NH Krystal Cancun, Raphael Septien, Chris Bryant TIMESHARE SCAM...STAY AWAY FROM KRYSTAL RESORTS Cancun, Quintana Roo C.P Mexico

It all sounds the same over and over again on all these reports I read,

My fiance an I were in cancun on vacation, when we approached by 2 women in walmart to get free tour tickets if we went to a presentation at Krystal Resorts, We agreed, When we got there, They started their normal " How great it is here at this resort speal" Then we were led upstairs where we were met by the first of many Con artists telling us how wonderful it is here, We kept telling them we were not interested in buying your timeshare, we already had one here in Cancun and was happy with it, Thats they they brought over their big gun

" Raphael Septien the former kicker for Dallas Cowboys" showed us his superbowl ring and figured a reveared celebrity would lie to us, HA, He told us we could purchase the weeks for rental income, We told him we had a timeshare and was not going to buy into his program unless he would buy ours for $38,000, He said let me call my broker "Chris Bryant, From My Vacation Brokers in Florida".

He then gave the phone to my Fiance Faye where he kept insisting that we would be paid in 90 days for our timehare for $38,000, Faye told him she did not believe him and was not going to do the deal. Chris then said, I will E-Mail a contract stating gauranteed payment in 90 days for our timehare, garanteed payment for our weeks rented with specific dates of when payments would take place and specific amounts, So we thought we were safe in making this deal,

So we as dummies signed, They also set up a charge card approval with RCI Bank of America for 0% interest for 6 months. We got back home and resumed with our lives thinking we will be paid $38,000 in 90 days, We then contacted Chris to see if we still on schedule to be paid in 90 days, He then told us , well, I need to put it up for sale and need an additional $300 for a web page,

We said there was no mention of having to sell it first, We made a deal with you for $38,000, He said I never told you I was buying it and has no intention of keeping those dates of payment, Thats when our stomachs dropped and new we were being screwed, Then I went on line, Googled Raphael Septien and the list of scam and rippoff reports about Krystal Resorts in Cancun were plentiful./

We contacted RCI BOA to see if they could reverse the charges, They made it clear that were not able to do anything, I'me thinking the credit card is in on the scam because alot of the other reports are with the same card. We contacted Krystal as of yet we did not receive any help from them. I can't believe that there isnt anybody out there who cannot help us put these criminals in jail, They are down right stealing from us......
