A company, then called National Home Business Inc out of Deland (I believe) FL, promised to help me start and coach me in a home business. They promised to pay $2000 and that I would only have to pay a Lease Financial Group $2000 for leasing software for a merchant account.

"Jonathan Rowe", pres. of NHB Inc made this promise after I shared with him my low financial situation because of some medical expenses. After he received my credit card number, they went ahead and charged me the $2000.

Even when I showed the credit card company that the contract had no amount on it, just a yes agreement, i was still charged and had to pay it! That is against the law, but I had no money for a lawyer, working a job and trying to get over an illness.
I just didn't know what to do.

My credit got messed up and recently when I went to buy a car, I had to pay more interest because of my credit score, all this because of National Home Business Inc, who works with CyberMall200, for ripping me off. They need to be sued for millions and all their clients reimbursed seven times for the expenses and stress that they have caused. I am not the only one. Let's win this. Thank you for any help.

Thomas,

Your credit card company works for you--not the other way around. If you aren't past the 60 days go ahead and re-file a fraud complaint and demand all of your money credited to your account. Tell them that if they don't credit your account back the money in full that you will report them to the Attorney General's office as well as the fraudster.

Then go to your nearest courthouse and file in small claims. I will bet that a representative from NHS will not show up, you may win by default. Even if they do show up it doesnt sound like theyve earned your $2,000.

Good Luck!
