I joined this plan baack in late 1994. It was described as a dental plan in which i would be able to get 2 free cleanings a year. Only found one dentist in my area to use, he refused to do the cleaning unless I had other dental work done first. I did not wish to have this as there was no reason to do the work he wanted and he left me in the office. So while I have kept the plan in service I've never used it.

Until the week of May the 20th when I found that they had withdrawn two payments from my account within 7 days.This resulted in an overdraft on my account as I had other transactions comming out this resulted in two overdrafts. I tried calling the numbers listed on my card to find it was disconnected both in Kansas and Iowa. I found that Iowa's address was not listed in their city info even.

Found their website which led me to yours also and read some of the reports and started checking NHCD's sites and calling phone numbers and found it interesting that two different cities named had the same address and phone numbers with different directions to them and no phone connected. Such as Overland Park/Leawood Kansas, Atlanta/Chamblee Georgia.

I had to close out my account and open up a new one. Now I wonder how often this double tap has happened but was spaced in a way that it wouldn't be noticed.
