Niagara Credit Solutions, Tammy Ohara harassment screaming rude Williamsville New York

I got a call from a collector at what they called NCSI at first. I asked what that meant and was told NCSI was Niagara Credit Solutions, somewhere in New York State. I didn't understand what the collection was for and asked to speak with a supervisor because the person on the phone said they were fairly new and maybe it would be best if I did talk to a supervisor. A couple minutes later the phone was picked up by someone by the name of Tammy who said she was the VP of the company. Well, she screamed and yelled so much, I thought she might have a heart attack. She was so rude and so ugly to the bone, I actually felt sorry for her. The woman must be a mental patient or a former mental patient. For sure, this woman MUST be on medication. She would not listen to a thing I had to say, just kept screaming and cussing. Has anyone else experienced such treatment from this company? This woman needs to go back to the hospital and stay there for a long, long time. Certainly, this woman cannot be the VP of the company!! Horrors!! She had to be some wacko that just came in off the streets for laughs. Anyhow, I had to hang up on her because she was so abusive. Now, I am going to program their phone number into my system so it rejects their calls. Poor, poor Tammy. . .
