NICE GUY MOVERS POMPANO BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD MOVING AND STORAGE POMPANO BEACH FL DISHONEST, UNSCRUPULOUS, RUDE AND A NO SHOW POMPANO BEACH, Florida

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Two of us scheduled a move with this NOT SO Nice Guy Movers and we had the earliest pickup between 8-9am. This is after confirming with a credit card deposit, that they diligently and timely charge to your credit card as you schedule your appointment.

They did not show up or call. So I called them after an hour of their NO CALL NO SHOW and a NOT SO Nice GIRL answered and then put me on hold and never returned.

This went on multiple times until I pretended to be calling for a quote and then some guy answered and told me that , "oh yeah, all our trucks broke down this morning". I asked what time they were planning to arrive he said that he would call back in an hour.

No one called, so at 12:45pm I called again and their mailbox was full.... GO FIGURE, probably of angry unmoved customers.

Finally after multiple tries of calling these NOT SO Nice Guy Movers, a guy answered and told me didnt a guy tell you this morning that our trucks broke down? I asked how is it that you guys are 5 hours late and I am the one  calling in and no one is even communicating? His NOT SO NICE GUY response was, " our dispatcher communicated with you this morning already.." then he hung up on me. It is almost 2 pm and so far my  NOT SO NICE GUY MOVING COMPANY THAT SUCKS has not attempted to call their customer one time regarding this move that is now 6 hours late.

I have now lost 2 days of work, because I had to find another mover who would do the move in a couple more days and I requested a refund through my bank.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Nice Guy Movers and or Neighborhood Moving and Storage of Pompano Beach is a SCAM company.
