The TRUTH from Dillon Dao:

regarding: Mr Kelly Black (ex-IT director for Entrepreneur Mag, ex- coder for Fonewallet, etc)

We treated Mr. Kelly Black, with respect and fully paid his salary each month for 18 months and always on time. In addition, we even loaned him money to pay for his car repairs, child support court bills, house payments and extra money to rent his house, to live and work at home to code a project for us. (who does that? unfortunately, we did because we wanted to help a friend in need. That's what we thought he was to us)

After months of short temper attacks to us and our developers from Mr. Kelly Black, we decided it was enough and to terminate our contract. We could not continue hiring and workign with someone that continued to cuss at everyone with his hot temper and threaten us because he's an ex- military. (There is no tolerance for physical threats, especially coming from someone trained to kill in the armed forces.)

We took a huge lost from our investment and Mr. Kelly Black falsely accused us of all of these wrong facts. Its been a year, and we really did not care to reply but due to the fact that our biz partners are informing us about this rip off report, we have decided to tell the true story and respond because what's stated in this report is untrue and written to cause defamation without proof or justification.

Mr. Kelly Black was only involved with one project and he falsely accused all of our prior companies 10 years before we met him and they had nothing to do with him. He used this post to defame our companies and us, which is wrong and unethcial.

After, he realized what he did was wrong, untrue, and unethical, he wanted to make it right by writing a false statement that we were at fault and that "because of this ripoff post, we rectified everything and all monies owed to him was paid." This is manipulative and wrong. We did not do anything wrong so we didn't have to rectifiy anything. We more than helped Mr. Kelly Black get back to his feet and even loaned him over $25,000 for all of his life's personal mishaps and expenses. We never got any of that loaned money back and his post accused us for wrong doing. 

We have emails and text messages from Mr. Kelly Black stating he's sorry to us and even thanking us for helping get his life back and on his feet, but as you can see from this post with all the false allegations, this is how he repaid us and treated us for helping him.

We wish Mr. Kelly Black the best in his new IT job but this post was way inappropriate and manipulative and wrong. We are sadden how after all the help we gave him and monies we loaned him, we were wrongly accused. We just want to make clarifications a year later because we want people reading this to know both sides of the story, not just being one sided.

This complaint is no longer valid. Since this post aired the companies have decided to make good and paid me all monies due. They have honored their contract, and have stepped forward in good faith and made everything right.

Dillon Dao set everything straight, and his partner Dr. Phong Francois Bui is backing him up.

The individuals named above have reversed any and all said actions I have perceived and I find them in good esteem again.

Once again please understand that any and all metrics in this complain have since been rectified due to the diligence of these people to protect their reputation, which moving forward should remain intact.
