Came to our house after filing a fraudulent water damage insurance claim with our landlord. Paid off the adjuster who is his partners close friend and split the money with the landlord never fixing what the insurance paid for $150,000. Told me to not allow the landlord to fix the property he will help with short sale to corner the landlord Nicholas said he will break what ever I want to stay fixing the place longer and get the landlord to pay more and more. Then when I said I won’t be involved in their scam Nicholas threatened me to not come back and finish the job. Of course I filed a fraud report with their insurance company ICAT Homeowners Syndicate 4242 partner Lloyd’s of London and NCIB case #NICB18121704. Lighthouse Point police department has a detective investigating the crime. They never came back as he promised!
