I hired this lawyer in the month of May 2013 for my divorce case and separation of properties, charge me 3000 dollars, my wife make me 3 civil demand and one criminal allegations later.  For the criminal case i pay him 15,000 dollars.  I was in jail for the criminal case since september till december 2013.  He only show up in the court and then one time for only say hello and sorry for your difficult case and bye.  He dissapeare with my 15,000 dollars.  Later i fired him in septemeber 18, 2013 for innefective and fraud counsel.  Later he show me his facturation and only work making several calls to the stafford police and fairfax courthouse (this lawyer told me that only for telephone calls he charge me 13,000 dollars) in several times he told me that he is going and try to bribe his friend from Alexandria Hon Judge Haddock.  He wrote me a letter in wich he only try to cover this conversation. After that i get so suspicious about his professional attitude.  He sent me several letters to the jail and ask me begging me for sign his order to withdraw, Nicholas Balland did not work in my entire civil and criminal case, he took till now (total amount paid for both cases 18,000 dollars) 16,000 dollars, he refuse to work in both cases and he did not return my money back, only i ask for justice for 10,000 dollars, now he has a complaint in the Virginia Bar and in the BBB and in the ABA, also i am filing a formal complaint in the Stafford Police for bribe conspiracy.

I think this lawyer did the same scheme to several persons.  Please write your letter to the Stafford Police.
