YOU WILL WASTE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN YOUR TIME AND MONEY - BUYER BEWARE!

Nick Alexander BMW fraudulently induced me into leasing a vehicle which was mis-advertised, in violation of CA California Business and Professions Code § 17200. In furtherance of their deceptive sales practices, Kyle Rancourt violated California Civil Code § 1770 in inducing me to lease a vehicle which he delivered to me incomplete WITH A HOLE IN THE BUMPER. He promised that if I entered into the lease agreement, he would immediately deliver the part needed to fill the hole in the bumper.

Kyle Rancourt will WASTE YOUR TIME and SAY WHATEVER HE NEEDS TO SAY TO GET YOU TO BUY OR LEASE A CAR. They have numerous "positive" reviews on Yelp, Google Reviews, and other websites, but are they real? DO YOUR RESEARCH.

All I know is I want EVERYONE in the market for a BMW to AVOID Nick Alexander BMW, and avoid having to waste hours of your life. Kyle continued to play games, promising to deliver the missing part. It has been over a month, and the part has still not shown up. I have been driving around with a HOLE IN THE FRONT BUMPER.

And You Were Completely Helpless, Right?

AUTHOR: The Dog - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, September 07, 2018

The end result of all this is YOU agreed to get into a CAR FLEASE with a car which had a pre-existing problem! Nobody held a gun to your head. You had to use your hand to sign the papers for this CAR FLEASE. Nobody prevented you from walking out. Instead, YOU went along with it! There's nobody to blame but yourself. The reason they pitched a CAR FLEASE instead of a buy is because there's much more profit in a CAR FLEASE which means bigger commission. If you don't have the backbone to say "no", then I suggest you confine yourself to a house or apartment of a single room.
