I am writing anyone who knows or hears from Nicholas Del Franco, Martin Karo, Tom Delfranco or any of their supposed friends or family to be warned.

Nicholas is a 26 old professional con man being led by his father Tom Delfranco and his lawyer partner Martin Karo to defruad millions of dollars from innocent peple who have invested their time and money in their businesses.

Nicholas Del Franco along with Martin Karo have created numerous companies spanning from Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Massachusetts, California, and i'm sure other states by now. He is taking advantoge of the new Medical and Recreation Marijuana market to con innocent and honest people out of their familys savings and properties in hopes to be part of what he and his lawyer buddy promise as tried and true investments that they have done for years in the past. They have created companies like Green House Leasing, Pharmaserve Colorado, Pharmaserve California, Homestead Hydro, Madhatter nutrients and soils etc.

The cons go as far as having investor purchase homes for them personally in exchange for interests in these companies to investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in properties that were to be built out for legal cultivation that were never acquired or even started. Their ambigious contracts and lack of specifics in their contract make them think that their crimes will go unpunished. They have befriended very honest, highly creditable people who too have been conned by them and have them working for them in hopes they will someday get their fees due to them.

These people have no remorse and their continueing to take advantage of elder people who have a dream of hitting it rich with this fast talking stoner and his slimy lawyer. Their new company Homestead Hydro and Mad Hatter Nutrients and Soils are nothing more then fancy websites that will do nothing but take your money with no products being delivered. They have no history and no ability to get the goods for you that they promise. The nutrient line up is nothing more then an expense repackaged bottle of nutrients that you can find in any grow store for half the price. The product line if you look on their facebook page has been showcased at numerous shows to gather more investors attention and yet not one package has actually been delivered to one person who tried to buy them.

If you know these supposed "Business people" run...run as fast as you can. They will do whatever it takes to further themselves without ever doing one thing that they promised. If you are working with them or thinking or leasing or selling them property or trading or giving your money.... Do your research. Contact past landlords in Michigan or Florida. Call their previous investors, ask for anything to prove they are who they tell you they are. I wish I did.
