We got a few quotes from many pool contractors when we decided to fix our pool. It's a concrete pool, the tile was falling off, the paint was chipped and chalky and the concret "skirt" around the pool was awful. When we met Nick, not only was he the best price; he was the best talker.

In the beginning, his crew showed up pretty regularly. He would tell us how much money he needed to move forward and we would write him a check. Then we started having to pay for things ourselves as well like the dumpster rental, the rental for the tractor and then the sand...that was until he disappeared and then we had to pay for the concrete too.

So before Nick disappeared completely, the crew started showing up here and there. We would go weeks with no one working on it. Then one guy started showing up here and there and USED MY HUSBANDS TOOLS (without asking). He was the same guy that installed the tile. Oh, the other thing, he had never installed tile before in his life. And yes, he admitted that. So now because he didn't know what he was doing, the tiles are spaced out incorrectly and I have half tiles on one side of my pool and whole tiles on the other. Nick gave me his word he would fix it.

That's about the time Nick just disappeared. My husband spent over 20 hours finishing up around the skirt of the pool so that the sand and then eventually concrete could be poured. Oh, he also had to level out the sand because Nick was no where to be found. Actually, we never saw Nick again.

And to make things worse, the paint is already peeling and the concrete is crumbling into the pool. Literally disintegrating right before our eyes.

Please don't get scammed by this man. He is a smooth talker but zero integrity.
