Nick Simons Internet Fraud, Scammer, Con Artist Yorba Linda, California

  Nick had a nitro powered, radio controlled, race car for sale on CraigsList. I talked to him several time on the phone. He sounded honest and told me he had got a DUI and needed money to pay his fines. I waited one more day, talked to him again, and made a deal. I sent him the money, and that was it, no more communication.    

  That was the end of it. He never sent the car. I start digging around on the internet and find out he is a scammer. His new email is Dietokin@myspace.com. His cell phone is 714-600-5423. His house phone is 714-970-2148. He gave me alot of his personal info which is not to smart for a scammer to be doing. His I.D.# is D8691664
