Nicks lawn and property maintenence Nicks landscape service terrible job, actually almost nothing for $320.00, have a landscaper here today because Nick blocked me on his web site Fishertown Pennsylvania

This year I called Nick's lawn and property maintenence based on the great job he did last year.

in 2014 For 8 hours for 3 guys,He quoted $400.00 for spring clean up (removal of debris) trimming all the trees, cutting grasses cleaning out flower beds and mulching

HOWEVER

Looking back I see tha on 4/13 I paid $400.00 for the original quote -on 4/14 a deposit of $400.00for the mulch, on 4/15 I paid $370.00 to have the mulch placed. So in hindsite I paid because he's a smooth talker and breaks it up to act as though $400.00 would be the total cost for everything.

That's not the case. I ended up paying 1,177,00 which is as much if not more than a professional landscaper would have charged.

4/14 quoted me a price of $300.00 to seal my pavers, he actually charged $600.00

4/14/14 Pressure washed the back of the house only for $100.00

So the job turned into $1877.00

He showed up without notice on 3/23/2015 for spring clean up.

I paid $320.00 for almost nothing, blew a few leaves, others he didn't touch and the rest he blew up against my neighbors fence.

Bill says yard clean up, Hauled away debris front and back and two flower beds. Niether flower bed was touched and aside from that there are 4 beds.

I contacted him on 3/24, he said I will be there asap to make it right. Never heard from him, contacted him again , no response. The third time I said I would stop pmt on the check if he didn't at least acknowledge me. He saw that as a "threat" Now this business man blocked me from all contact yet his ad says "the customer is always right"

A pathetic excuse for whatever he calls himself. trimmed my nieghbors trees incorrectly, they died and had to be cut down.

Today I paid a well known Landscaper to clean up his mess. so use your own judgement on hiring this guy.If he needs the money more than I do I guess I can't do anything about being ripped off  since he blocked me from any contact.
