I have been doing business with this company for almost 4 years . They sent Temperature sensitive meds in in-proper packaging ... different than any other time it had ever been sent before … it had always been sent in thick styro-foam package. This $180 medication ... that we have purchased every three months for 4 years and they refused to do anything about it.
We ordered on the phone and explained to the person taking the order, that we were out of town and did not have the information in front of us and could not access the internet. Nothing was mentioned about needing special shipping (nor has it ever been mentioned before) , which we would have gladly paid for nor were we asked the temperature in NEW Mexico. According to the Drug Manf. Website The medication is temp sensitive for both heat and cold.
Shame Shame shame on you California Pet Pharmacy ... could have killed my Addison's Inflicted Family Member Bella (Dog) ... if the Postal Worker did not catch it and The Supervisor at California Pet Pharmacy REFUSED to do Anything about it ... Not One Thing.
Our Vet said it was not safe.
Please DO NOT USE THEM!!
They do not care about their loyal customers or their pet family members.
