I was ripped off by this company so please beware. I ordered two Tvs and I never got them, I waited two days for a tracking number and when they finally gave me a tracking number it was un traceable. So in other words the number was fake. So kept sending messages and would not get a response for two days and when I finally got a message this is what is say,,
Hope you have a good day! Our shipping company tell us this month China customs is very strict for all the original product.Our company all items is 100% original. so now the product catch by China customs.
Now you need pay 200$ for the customs tax. i am very very sorry for this. This is our company doing business for so long, the first encounter situations.
Can you pay the customs tax? and then we can go to China customs pick up the product and resend to you.

I found this to be really strange, so I made another email account and contacted them and they seem to respond right away. So once I made the connection I asked them about my real account and I got the same message again. So now I realize I have been scammed and I will not be purchasing from China anytime soon
