This could have solved amiably, We give people full refunds despite the last minute cancellation,  when nice. try to work things work out. But - You were just piss & moan, immature and Straight up nasty rude.

It was 3 weeks prior, which under the cancellation policy made known to us is a 50% refund.

It appears that they were so quick to make a new website that they didn't bother to change the name in their Terms of Service.  http://www.ninenewyork.com/Pages/Terms.aspx  Here's an example:  "9chelsea is not responsible for accidents, delays, losses, change of itinary, change of rates or any other damages. 9chelsea or it's employees are not responsible for: Errors and omissions; Misrepresentation by third parties; Personal damage or injury while staying in an accommodation booked through 9chelsea."

I could not find the their BUSINESS NAME or OFFICE ADDRESS anywhere on the ninenewyork.com website!  (RED FLAGS #2 and #3.)

However, they are registered with the NY State Secretary of State.  The contact information for DOS service is below:
