Nirav contacted me off of hotpads.com and was very eager for me to fill out an application. I explained my hesitations to him and he asked me to forwrd him all of my information so i did incluuding my own copy of my credit report. Nirav initiaed conversation with me about renting a home. He pursuded me about an application and he tried to take an extra $50 fee to "run a credit report" that he already had. He then told me he had spoken to the owner, and the owner was going to move forward. Then he told me I was going to be denied for the application of the home but insisted I give him the $50 to try anyway. He had a little office tucked away in a building with no real furniture and he appeared to be broke and desparate, even for $50. I would not do business with this guy. Shady

Hello, I was logging on looking to post an overdue kudos/appreciation comment about Relator, Nirav Goyal and to my surprise I seen, read your less than favorable experience you had with him. With that being said, I felt compelled to respond because my husband & I had a completely different experience. He was matched up with us through a lender (late Aug. 2016) was skeptical at first because he is not with your typical name brand company but after a few weeks of communicating and viewing homes, he made me feel comfortable. He took the time showed me many homes and explained thourghly processes that really stress a home buyer out.
Was very patient with all of our questions and concerns . - The lender experience, now that was a rollercoaster ride and yet, he chose to stay, ride along with us. At any point in time he could've given up, but he didn't and truly, he went above and beyond. I understand you had a bad experience but gosh to rip on someone's style or the way they dress is showing immaturity on your part- I know many wealthy people that dress very casual- not into "name brands" this does not mean they are any less intelligent or don't have money. Sorry you had such a bad experience and I would hate to have a consumer read your post and decide not to try Nirav out. Maybe chalk it up too, it just wasn't meant to be. Isolated experience. We had nothing but a great experience. Thank you Nirav Goyal!! We love hour home!!!
