This dealership is absolutely unbelievable to deal with. I purchased a used 2002 Infiniti I35 from them and they gave me such a hard time.

The Salesperson, Kenneth Sussman, kept getting frustrated. He does not know how to talk to customers and has no respect. If you address any concerns to him, he always says, "That's not my problem." All he wanted to do was get us to sign our name on the line, get our money, and send us out the door as soon as possible. He lacks a level of professionalism because he hung up on me when I called him the next day.

The Finance Manager, Mr. Garcia, also has an attitude problem. He told us that once we bring him the money in 2 days, he would rip up the finance agreement. However, when we called him the next day to ask him how much should we bring a certified for, he said he already sent the financing papers and that we would have to pay the bank interest. He is a liar and he called us "uneducated buyers". Is that any way to talk to an educated customer?

The dealership refused to give us a second key for the car. They are cheap, greedy, and only car about getting your money. WHen I drove 150 miles to Long Island from my home in NJ to get a second key for the car which they said I could have on the phone, the OWNER refused to give me a key when I got there. In fact, he threatened to take my first key and throw it in the garbage if I complained to Nissan about the dealership. The owner, Philip Delmato, has no respect for the customer and does not know how to talk to people. Raising your voice at a customer is inappropriate and unprofessional.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this dealership if you expect good customer service.
