Nissan South Of Union City Sam Ajayi Ripped of by General Manager...he pocketed my money. union city Georgia

 i, god girl, do hereby retract, witdraw &disavow all prior posting relating to sam ajayi and nissan of union city.i have satisfactoryily settled and resolves all matters between myself and nissan of union city/sam ajayi. i acknowledge that at ths times sam ajayi was acting as general manager and did not personally take any money from me or personally profit from the transaction. i attribute no misconduct to mr.ajay indiviually

If what you are stateing is correct then all witneses and the personal from the governors office have had a rear dealing with Sam Ajayi. He did infact not only speak to me on four different occations with one or more witness in person. He also drove the car while tellingme stories of his wife and children and family back home. He also engaged in a hour long conversation with me and the governor secretary and I have supporting documents and audio of all . I have the signed receipt for the certified letter received by Nissan Of Union City personal stamped and dated by the U.S Postal Department.

 Looks like he was operating on his own against company policy. Either way Sam Ajayi has my money and he took it illegally , unethically and I want my money back. 

I have all documents, audio and visual to prove al that I have reported. IS this Sam Ajayi? I have sent several letters to the owner via registered mail and SAM AJAYI anwered the letters as if he was the owner of Nissan of Union City.Please identify yourself and schedule an appointment with me to view copies of the documentation. Also I will be more then happy to share all information to the public and media for verification. The car in question was a black 2004 Ford five Hundred. Sam Ajayi , Nakia Hortan, Tauras Ross were all involved. But the final ripoff was Sam Ajayi keeping all my money and the car. After much research I found out the car was never financied and the deal was never made. The governor's office is aware of the ripoff but not all of the details.    Please understand that I will n ot stop seeking justice until I get every penny of my hard earned money from that thief Sam Ajayi. All I want is what I worked hard to earn.

 We have formally requested more information from the author to assist in investigating the allegations raised to no avail. What it seems we have here is nothing but character assasination. Mr. Ajayi during the normal course of his daily duties as a General Manager does NOT handle cash nor deal directly with customers.These are false allegations and amounts to a blatant attempt at slander. We are so sure that this alleged offense did not take place that we challenge the complainant to step forward and visit our business location with proof as to the validity of these claims and we ourselves will invite local law enforcement to ensure fairness and will reimburse every penny she's entitled to.

The police said this is a civil case and they don't get involved in these matters. I most pursure the courts to get help from the judicial system. Which of course will cost me more money beside the money i am out right now. The money in Sam Ajayi's pocket. How does one began a class action lawsuit??? Can we do wht the consumers did to get Carl Black and Bill Heard out of business???? How can I obtain justice for these obvious crimes? All i did was go to get a car in good faith after hearing the advertisement on praise 102.5?

 At Nissan of Union City, we strive for complete satisfaction of every customer, unfortunately we can not corroborate validity of any of the allegations made in this complaint nor even establish that these events took place. To assist us in investigating and resolving this issue, Kindly provide us with purchaser's name , make and model of vehicle purchased and if possible the date of the transaction along with names of any other employee of Union City Nissan that was involved in this transaction.

So according to your report we have the following crimes occuring

Physical Assult of him attacking you

Threats of violence toward your Pastor

Falsified Documents(Forgery)

And last but not least..Embezzelment

So with all of these crimes what did the police say when you went to them to file your complaint?  You did go to the police didn't you?
