NITRO FOCUS NO3 I did not receive the trial bottle, yet received a full order today. The charge to return the bottle of pills was 35% of the cost. My issue is that I never received the trial bottle. Traverse City MI

My issue with this internet sale is that I ordered a sample bottle for $4.95.  Today, 9/22/2014, I received what I thought was the trial sample bottle.  In checking my credit card, I discovered that I was charged $119.97 for this product.  I called their number and questioned what was going on.  The agent was very courteous and explained that I did not cancel the automatic shipment after the trial period of 10 days.  Since I had not received the sample bottle, I should not have been shipped a full order.  The agent said that the trial sample was delivered to my door via USPS on 9/6/2014  Therefore, I would be charged 35% of $119.97.

She either did not believe me or company policy would not budge!  I feel that I have been had.  At any rate, I am disputing this charge with my credit company in hopes that the 35% charge will be dropped.

P.S.  I have no idea whether or not this product works; however, after viewing all the complaints from people who have tried the product, I have my doubts.
