NJ Limo Bus LLC NJ Limo Joe Left us abandonded and out $800 on a saturday night, happy birthday to us! Fairfield New Jersey

I really wish we had done some research before hiring this company. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. Early last week we had a lot of people back out of our plans to rent a part bus for my sisters birthday so we inquired about canceling or downgrading... we were told by Joe that neither of those options were allowed. So we were going to take the hit and still go ahead with our plans for Saturday night. Friday my sister ended up in the hospital with a bad case of Vertigo. We contacted Joe (knowing that we could not cancel) and told him about the situation and said if anyone else calls to book the bus go ahead and give it to them. Then my sister felt better so we told Joe 'ok were good to go'.

So Saturday night we were supposed to be picked up at 9..... nothing....9:30 rolls around...nothing... I call the company....no answer... I call the number that the companies voicemail says to call if you have  a problem.... no answer. So then I call Joe's cell phone.... no answer! I leave a message saying he better call back or there will be problems. Joe calls back says they are not coming because we cancelled....what happened to we are not allowed to cancel? Where is our cancellation confirmation? Oh that's right...we didn't get one because we did not cancel. They could have texted or emailed out left a message saying they were not coming and given us some sort of confirmation of cancellation.

So I tell Joe he should refund us or come get us since we are 11 people standing on the side of the road all dressed up and waiting. He says  the bus is rented out to someone else now and then proceeds to call me a " little fu*king tramp" and then hung up on me. WOW. I call the company and leave them a voice mail briefly describing  how my night went thanks to them and how terrible Joe was to work with..... do you think they have contacted us to resolve this issue? Of course not. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! That is unless of course you want to be stranded on the side of the road and called names and in the hole for $800.
