On August 9th, 2013, I received a Notice of Enforcement Action from NJ Turnpike Authority stating I owed them $51.65 for a violation number T131360433951-01 which is apparantly non payment for an ezpass toll in Bayonne, NJ on 07/20/2013.
I was NEVER in Bayonne, NJ on that day or any other day in my 77 years of my life. Not only was I never there, Neither was my car or ny plate. The photo of the car and plate # do not match my car or plate. I drive a tan 2001 pontiac bonneville and my plate is NY 6A 41. The photo is of a white car with a plate # NY 6A41H or M, I cant make out the letter but it certainly is Not my car or plate.
