dec 5th 2017 WE WERE CONTACTED BY WENDY J LEE SAYING THEY HANDLED ALL USPS OFFICE MAINTENANCE AND NEEDED CONTRACTOR to repair eaves at seligman az post office sent us work order said it was approved we purchased materials and completed the job nd postmaster signed off on it very much to her satisfaction, wendy told us payment should be received within 10-14 days from the time we submit invoice ,w9 pictures which we did have all email communications to prove it. told us we might get our check even sooner since they were processing it faster this was before christmas we submitted out stuff dec15th 2017,,, so we figured days wasn't expecting payment til after 1st no problem after the first i wrote to find out were the check was coming from she explained well anytime you do government work it takes time i was under the impression she was usps or contracted to usps until i looked at work order again and saw nlk maintenace and painting emailed several times cause she just kept neglecting to answer my questions and kept saying goverment takes time so after a few emails letting her know we did not recieve payment i asked again is it coming from usps or you guys? she said nlk so i replied your not government so whats the hold up ,she quit communicating at that point.

no response ,that was the 15th of jan 2017 still no payment and no communication i went and spoke to sherriffs office here in az and currently working on filing fraud charges... and so carolina sherriffs office,,,and attorneys. then i called the number they call for getting things repaired at post office and they looked up the work order and said they paid it on the 5th but i have no payment. so i googled and found so carolinas contractor board no contractors license to be found there is a law if you work for federal agencies you have to be liccensed so i file a complaint..plus filed 2 complaints with the usps inspector general so far no more comunication from them so here i am\ \when i search found several others that have been scammed by this company and never got paid r this woman who i dealt with just flat out lied to me for days about checks in the mail! our work is done i'm sure they bumped out cheap price up and made more, but to rip us off for our material money should be crimina.l we are a small contractor here in az supertech construction and listed on merchant circle.buildzooom eyc we do quality work and charge fair prices we did not deserve these crooks and we are not going away till we get paid $2487.00 total of job! scammers! we are pursueing other avenues

  Happy to say that NLK painting and maintenance has paid our invoice check dated jan 17th 2018 just received today jan 22nd case closed, at this time I would like to thank NLK painting and maintenance for coming through with the payment as well as retract any and all of my statements and title in this report and offer my sincere apologies for having to post this in a puplic forum., i think all this could of been avoided if there was better communication on both sides. ,I just thought that someones word still had counted for something in today's world it used to, but who am I to say this... any how they made good on it. hope all can be forgiven cause it is here. respecfully ,thomas thank you ripoffreport .com for the use of your forum to settle this matter.... i

 Tom, I actually just had the time to read the things your wrote and I sure wish you had really thought twice before posting such garbage. It's not only untrue but it's unprofessional. Unfortunately just like you didn't know us we didn't know you . And had we known you would behave so unprofessional and sporadic we would never have hired you nor allowed you to have any access to work we had to offer . Unfortunately in your case you will not receive another opportunity to work for us at the USPS. With regard to your money, you entered into an agreement, with the full and total knowledge that payment would NOT be immediate . You were advised your payment would be processed 10 to 14 days after our office received your w9 coi signature page and invoice . Your documents were emailed from you to us on Dec 26 That's when your invoice packet went for processing .

It's now Jan 19 , less than 30 days from the day you finished any work and your check has been processed and paid as of Jan 15th. I have the bank receipts to back that statement up. You insisted on demanding a certified check be mailed to you first class mail. You demanded we send you a tracking number . We provided you with our banking institutions reference number for your bill payment and explained we do not mail paper checks and send them first class mail . We do all our payments online via our banking bill pay system and there is a process. Everyone who works for us has to follow the same process , just like we are required to as we work for a Federal agency . All of this has been explained to you repeatedly . If you were not financially stable enough to accept the job under the terms agreed you should have said so, not panic and flip out after the fact making demands and threats and throwing a fit when we didn't comply with the way YOU wanted .

Again I'll reiterate you fully understood the process ,You even stated it in your slanderous rip off report . The problem is tour timeline is way off..you didn't finish the job Dec 5 that is when you provided an estimate. From then it took several days to get it approved, then like mentioned before you completed it and turned in your paperwork on the 26th and was paid by the 15th. Certainly doesn't sound like a scam. Sounds like you are just pushy and impatient You posted all this stuff and made all this fuss when if you would have been patient we told you the check was processed . Things don't just happen when people snap their fingers . It took you 3 weeks to start and finish the job but you won't allow 3 weeks for us to do our part?? It's very common to wait for payment 30 days for commercial contracting work. If you were a professional you would know this, based off the low and ridiculous report you have written we can all see your NOT a professional. So I will say your welcome for the job the opportunity and the check even though you did not say thankyou. I do however expect you to update the public accordingly to your receipt of payment and to issue an apology,..at the very least if you do not make.any effort to retract the libelous, slanderous , defaming comments you wrote we will be forced to take legal action against you . We take what we do very seriously and we do not take lightly to lies being told!

SUPER TECH CONSTRUCTION

As per written agreemant "Super Tom" with Seper ztech construction , he was verbally and in writing advised that all payemnts for work completed are processed 10 to 14 days after all required documents are turned into our office. Super Tom submitted his paper work on Decemeber 26 th, the day after Christmas. Jan 2, being the first business day our office opened after the Holiday Season our office began the processing of Super techs Constructions invoice packet. His check was mailed on Jan 15th as verifiable by Wells Fargo Bill pay banking system

Toms behavior and lack of consideration for understanding the agreemant and rules of invoice processing for federal jobs has only landed him a cease and desist letter from our attorney , as well has opened himself and his company up for a civil lawsuit as we do not take lightly to slander nor defamation,

Super Tom you have been warned and advised, now please for your best interests I would advise you to re read the agreemant you entered in that you knew up front your check was not going to be immediately sent and that a process had to be followed for you to get paid in full. The date to which you completed the job and turned in your paper work was Dec 26, today being Jan 19 is less than 30 days which is an extremely quick payment turn around for any commercial job both private and Federal.

Again I will repaeat this is your fair warning that slander and defaming another company on a public forum is a crime and we wil deal with you accordingly
