NO FLAME cig _Cigarette was told by Representative it was my problem because I did not check on status of shipment so the bill was due period Miami Beach Florida

I ordered a e-cigarette onlibe from E-Cigarette,1621 N. Altonrd. Miami Beach Foridaon 1-10-14 I was told I had 14 days to try it and if I did not to return it.It arrived stmy home 1-16-14 with a notice that 109.63 had been taken from my account.When I asked why I was told the 14 day trial period began on the day it was orderd not the date I received it. I looked at the shipping date and saw they had held off shipping for 10 days before sending it, when I brought this to their attention I got the same answerso I told them thenI was gling toan attournryand also place an add in several news papers they were a scam. When they heard that they immediatley said send it back and we will reimburce you 40%..I told them flat out nop ad that Iwas also going to get my banks fraud diviion involvedand then hung up thr phone.No later then 5 minutes passed and they were on the lineand told me we are going to return all 109.63 to you and you csn keep thr e- cigarette, then it went to we will return the money but we wnt the e-cigarette back. The part I find kind of funny is during all tese conversations I was continually was being told   DO NOT GO TO YOUR BANK ABOUT THIS....well I agreed to return the product but now they are calling me day and nightabout how the refund is on its way and will I please return the e-cigarette   and they get the sme answer  when my money is in my account I will return it, but until I see the money no it will stay right here.  The kicker is , is that I closed my visa account because of them so they will have no further chance to get in there and clesn out my remaining funds.sorry folks kind of boring but it was new to me and really pissed me off as I felt I hsv=d no rights,was a real eye opener and I will never order online again
