Very disappointing in this product and the no flame business.  Not an ethical business!  It's a big hoax and very sketchy advertising.  If you are intending on getting this product make sure you read the fine print or you will get ripped off.

The main advertisement gives you a free trial offer for the no-flame e-cigarette starter kit. You pay shipping and handling for $4.95.  That's all great but the add say's you get a free trial period for two weeks and that is not the case.  Your trial period starts the moment you place your order, not when you receive the product.

If you fail to cancel your order before the two week period you will be charged 109.00 on the card that you paid with.  There is no way to receive a full refund no matter the case.  I was reimbursed $40.00 of the @109.00 and that was it.

If you are interested in quitting smoking this is not the product for you.  From all of the frustration and inconvenience i started smoking more!!  Beware of the No Flame E- Cigarette and don't make the same mistake I did!
