Noah's Ark Feed Barn Sells Contaminated Pet Food
Just a heads-up to those who have pets: We were surprised to discover that Noah's Ark Feed Barn sells contaminated pet food from China.
We live in the Bay Area, and we bought a bag of dog food last time we were up visiting. A neighbor came over the other night and pointed out that our bag was one of the batches that had been recalled.
The dog food was manufactured in China, and had been contaminated with Melamine. Melamine is a chemical that makes the protein analysis appear higher. Unfortunately, Melamine is also toxic....and hundreds of pets across the US have died due to ingesting pet food contaminated with this toxin.
Buyer Beware....next time, we're buying our pet food in Redding or Yreka.

Here is proof that Noah's Ark Feed Barn sells contaminated Pet Food. Here is a PDF recall document from the California Department of Public Health.

Hit Control-F to perform a search, and you'll see Noah's Ark Feed Barn listed on Page 6.
The recalled Dog Food can be found on Noah's Ark Feed Barn shelves, still for sale. (They are probably removing the food right now because they got caught).
This proves that the owners of Noah's Ark do not care about animals.
They care more about profit, and are only sorry when they get caught.

That is a HUGE accusation against a small business without providing any proof ! My family and I have shopped there for years for our pet food and other products and I've never had any issues! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help you can tell they care about animals and would never sell a product that would harm an animal in anyway.
