  • Noble Title 4670 S. Fort Apache Rd #180 Las Vegas, Nevada U.S.A.

Noble Title - Charles Clawson, Owner This title company has the highest fees in Las Vegas. You could fly to London, FIRST CLASS, for less. The owner was rude to the clients, would not leave the room when asked 3 times and in front of the buyer asked that the lender and myself reduce our commission in front of the client. He was rude and condescending to the buyer. Las Vegas Nevada

*Consumer Comment: Charging $1000 escrow fee on $80000 sale is outrageous

*General Comment: This is not Fair to Noble Title

Noble Title is new to Las Vegas. It's no surprise that the owner could not make it at many other title companies that he was associated with, so he opened his own. He is arrogant and condescending to the clients he should be serving. Instead he is serving himself up on their hard earned money when they are most vulnerable, under the pressure to sign their documents so that they can move into their biggest investment.

The fees are so high, it is hard to believe. My buyer bought a house for $140,000 and the escrow fees were over $1400 when they should have been less than $300. I have been selling homes in Las Vegas for 15 years and I have never seen fees anywhere close.

But to be fair, in exchange for the high fees I need to tell you what you get for it. First, you will be greeted by a framed welcome flyer on the front desk with your name on it. You will then be escorted to the large conference room complete with high grade leather office chairs, where you will be offered a leather bound drink menu and basket of snacks. The drinks are served in what looks like, crystal water glasses, with ice. The office decor is reminiscant of an old English mansion. The furniture is overstated and bulky. The decore is heavy and old world, designed to make the impression of wealth yet, those of us who shop the bargains in the lower end shops like Home Goods, Pier One, and Kirklands, will recognize their wares.

If you happen to be a Realtor, in attendance at your client's signing, watch out! The owner will offer to reduce his fees if you reduce yours. He will boldly and unprofessionally make his offer in front of your client with no hesitation or apology.

The experience one I never want my clients or myself to experience again.

Charging $1000 escrow fee on $80000 sale is outrageous

AUTHOR: Heidi - (U.S.A.)

I agree with the original post. They are going to lose all my clients and I am not to accept any mandate to go with this title in the future. Whoever thinks charging 3 times normal escrow fee means a smart and fair practice is either getting some kind of benefit from this company or blind to logic.

This is not Fair to Noble Title

I went to Google to look up Noble Title to take a look at their site and see who was working for the company. How shocking to see that someone could post such garbage about someone else, just because they were unhappy being called onto the carpet about the high Realtor fees in conjunction to the much lower Title and Escrow Fees charged. You see I used to work for the Owner of Noble Title, but at another very large national company. Just to the contrary of what was written about him, he was actually pretty successful when he worked for that other company and brought a new brand to the Las Vegas Market and captured over 3% of the market share in only a few years. That was a very competitive market too. It was about really building a noticeable higher service standard and he accomplished that. Let's be honest 15 year Realtor, are you really worth the 3% or so that you charge your clients for what you do? Let's do the math and I am assuming you made the standard 3%, that would be $4,200. What is crazy about me writing this is that he and I had a falling out when he left the other company and started Noble Title, but I still admire him and think he really worked hard, took a risk and opened up a company going against the big huge national companies to truly try to offer a noticeably better service level, because homeowners deserve to be treated like royalty when they are buying a home and making possibly the biggest investment of their life. This is not a rip off of a consumer, just a Realtor with a bruised ego. Why don't we remove this??
