I placed an order for two magazines with nobullmagazines on 18th May 08. My Status kept showing as either "Pending" or "Submitted to Publisher" for various months. After sending them five emails and getting no response I decided to file a complaint with PAYPAL, whom I had used to pay for the subscriptions. But due to the fact that it was over 45 days, the complaint was no longer valid!!! Had I known I only had 45 days, I would have filed for this earlier. I assumed that because I was paying through Paypal I was protected no matter what. They took my money and have provided nothing!!!
TOTAL SCAM!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! I am soooooo angry! I hope to prevent this from happening again! I paid $16.31..... pretty nice for them to receive and do nothing in return... what a great business they've got going!!!
