Nocturnal pictures Ripped me off by selling a bootleg, grainy, worst picture I've ever seen video for 20 bucks! Las vegas Nevada

I was so excited to see and order a movie I've been hunting for a long time! I usually don't order off the internet, but this site appeared to be on the " up and up".  Against my better judgement I took a chance with this company and ordered my movie. It took 2 1/2 weeks to come 1/2 way across the country-I guess by wagon train. When I opened the white puffy envelope I had received a clear dvd case with a grainy photo copy of the movie sleeve.  Not even a clear enough copy to read the words above or below the title. Not off to a good start by this point.

i put the video in and this has got to be the worst picture I've ever seen!!! The picture is blurry and corrugated looking. The sound track doesn't match up with the videos and the characters aren't clear. On top of it all the picture goes from dark to light, to dark again.  This has got to be a boot leg copy! I want my money back! The better business bureau will defiantly be contacted regarding this crap!
