NoCurls seller captainjack Lied about warranty, stole my product and my money and did not even bother to kiss me first. Painted Post, New York

On March 20 of this year I bought a Chi flat iron product from NoCurls the seller who goes by captainjack. I bought from them because it claims to give a one year warranty. After 6 mos. the Chi died at which time we contacted the seller, she said send it in  and send $27 and we will replace it. I have the receipt from the post office where I paid and shipped it 2 day priority shipping.  After waiting a week, we again contacted the seller and then she says she never received it. I said, I sent it a week ago you should have already received it. She said, she will look into it and never called us back again. A few weeks passed and we again contacted the seller, asking to look into it or refund us our money.  She contacted us again and wanted to give us an inferior product to what we bought claiming she did not have the equivalent in stock. We then checked the site and she did have it in stock at which time she refused to send the proper equivalent product. She then sent us an email saying I will refund you the $27 dollars and that is it.  We then told her to send us back our defective product to which she again denied ever getting. I paid $68.50 for the Chi nano digital and $9.95 for shipping, and additional $8.60 to send it back to them 2 day priority. I am out all this money and No. Curls kept my defective product. I will never do business with them and more people need to know this company is a Giant Fraud!
