Noel Riddle is a con-man in the real estate business his wife name is Sharon Riddle. My wife and I was trying to buy a new home, and we got in touch with Noel Riddle who claimed he was an agent. Noel took thousands of dollars from us for down payments,earnest money, and application processing fees. He was dealing with D R Horton house buliding company supposely. One day this guy just disappears without a trace. D R Horton claimed that they couldn't do anything about the situation. None of our money was returned and his phone number was disconnected. Luckliy I was able to get his wife name (Sharon Riddle). Last I heard he fled to the state of CO, because we weren't the only ones conned. I pulled his public records and his name was on mulit. houses in dallas, grapevine, lewisville, and even CO. If anyone has any information on this guy please let me know so I can take legal actions. This is not right and he needs to be caught.
