These apartments have very very poor management and the owners and upper management have no contact or way of knowing how bad of a condition it has become. Kyle Wayers is a very weak and poor manager...they are messy in the front office. I have walked in on a couple of occasions with Kyle there and witnessed everyone huddled in his office laughing about tenants and discussing tenant business.

Same person I have to deal, has no resolutions to the problems here. I have upstairs neighbors that act like they couldnt say anything to and communicate whats going on with distractions or why or how...is all a mystery and you better not ask any questions. not too friendly...the smiles are fony and messy...me and my company have been harassed for absolutely no reason. you can be cooking or showering...you are expected to walk company in and out of the property...after you move in not when are signing the lease...with your mail goes to the front office and they go through your business.

when moving in the cleaners cleaned and mopped with funky smelly dirty water...inside the apartment as well as everything was dirty and they replied...we dont clean them...you are responsible for this...wow that really caught me off guard...on the move in after I signed the lease.

the court yard and pool, that people are paying for a view...has been under and is still under construction...people are hopefully paying for the messed up view...and constantly being shunned off...lied about it being completed.
