I ordered a women watch in Dec 2013 ( #11442036) from Nomorerack.com and paid to Nomorerack.com Inc with $4080 use my credit card. After I received it in Dec 13, I found : 1. no invoice, 2. simple packaging, 3. different with the ad. So I decided to return it. I sent it on Dec 15 (return# 204590-1). Its  rules said , the process for all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item.  On Dec 28 I received the E-mail from Diane M (request # 3313015) written on Dec 25,

It means the refund may last 2 weeks but until now the refund has not been back to me. They alway said waiting for the vendor’s reply. I think it may be a fraud. Please tell me how can I get the refund back and how can I ask for my loss.

no reason for delay

Nomorerack said they are still waiting for the vendor's reply, but it is not the reason for delaying the refund, because I

paid money to Nomorerack.com Inc. So the company should refund me soon.
