This Company ECM Adquisitions is now IMI PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL. They are now located in 19 West Flager, Suite 924, Miami, Florida, 33130. The "CEO and Founder" is Karolina Paradka.

 

This people called me for a job interview and I didnt even remember appliying for. A guy named Matthew called me to go to an interview in 19 West Flager, Suite 924, Miami, Florida, 33130. There a guy called Eric interviewed me with a few easy questions in a couple of minutes and said that they would interview 25 others candidates and that they would only call me if I made it to a second interview. He made it clear the fact that they have offices all over the states, that he was in Vegas last week working with clients, and that they are opening more offices in Miami, and that they are growing company with a lot of opportunities in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and other States. Like 3 hours laters, Mathew called and told me that Eric had only great things to say about me and that I have been selected for a second interview next day at 12:40pm until 8:00pm to do a full day job interview in the same office.

When I got there, there were a lot of other candidates and as they were being called they exited the offices with what I supposed, another manager, but they were exiting the building as they were called! I found it strange but reading others reports now I understand is the same scam with the other people in Miami and New York.

I was called by the "founder and CEO" of the company IMI PARTNERS, INC., Karolina Paradka and got in the same executive office and for 2 hours and explained about how she entered the company when she was in college, and how she is now the CEO. ( I wonder, if she founded the company as the business card says, how she entered it when she was studying in collegue??). She explained about how they work for ATT & U VERSE, and a charity called Children International, about sponsoring poor kids and communities in Latin America and India. The work consisted in face to face marketing, working in residential areas, knocking doors with an Ipad the whole day and how to make people commited and donate for charity. 

Then gave a Lunchtime Breakdown paper with how I would get promoted in time for manager, and the explanation about every position was very shady. THEY DONT LOOK LIKE A MARKETING FIRM AT ALL!! The manager functions were things like hiring and firing and maintainig relationships with clientes (REALLY?) (VERY SHADY!)

Then she gave a exam about everything she said, what I liked about the day and when I could start. WHEN I FINISHED SHE TOLD ME I WAS ALREDY HIRED!!

When I got home I researched about the company and about Karolina, Martin and Matthew. I FOUND VERY CREEPY SCAM REPORTS!! Eric (the one who interviewed me) is the CEO OF ANOTHER MARKETING COMPANY NAMED ECM ADQUISITIONS WITH A LOT OF SCAM REPORTS FROM NEW YORK TO MIAMI. All of these matches my own interview experience, and all have the same clients like ATT & U VERSE and the charity organization to sponsor childrens.

The whole company dont make sense to me as they claim to be, a marketing firm. They dont even have a secretary to answer the phone, if you call, you are going to be forwarded to an answering machine. 

 

It all started off on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 I visit the site careerbuilder.com for applications for jobs online, I applied for a job  for: Retail Sales Association Marketing Managing Training Customer Service in "ECM Acquisitions, Inc." By the following day Wednesday, April 17, 2013 I had received a phone call from a the Manager of "ECM Acquisitions, Inc." Jovanna, "We've viewed your resume, Your a perfect candidate for an open position in our company". They gave me a VERY brief detail of what the job entailed and with that I was scheduled for an interview for the Wednesday, April 18th, 2013 at 2pm. I responded "Sure", Jovanna replies "Great Anonymous Im looking forward into meeting you tomorrow have a good evening" *Clicks*.

On Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 1:45pm I came in to an office building located in Omni Station, Downtown Miami 1444 Biscayne Boulevard 2nd floor suite 210, I entered to what seems to be a small plain office space with only a 10 chairs that the employees them self gave up for the enroller's, a few desk's with only two picture frames on the walls and a small old radio playing music *which to me didn't seem right do to the fact that the building from where the ECM is located at was a very big and nice building that had other companies in it, to me it seemed legit from outside point of view* for my first interview, they had just about 8 other Candidates for the interview as well, as waiting I've spotted the co-workers to be very Friendly, giving each other Hugs and Kisses on the cheek, *which was odd to me do to the fact in Many Most working ares co-workers Do Not give Hugs and Kisses, they simply just greet each other do to the Main Rule in working is known for SEXUAL HARASSMENT*. By 2:55pm an 1hr and 5 min pass a tall dark skin male called me in to the office and he introduced himself to Eric as Senior Manager,  the interview lasted approximately 10-15 minutes, he informed me "They we're in a rush with the interview do to they had 20 other candidates to interview, If you are except-table we'll give you a call for a 2nd interview". As I arrive home at 4pm I took a shower and ate. At 5:30pm I had received a phone call from the Manager Jovanna, "Congratulations Anonymous, You've passed the 1st interview, Your 2nd interview is scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, 2013 at 1pm. Are you able to make it ?" I replied, "Yes !"

The following day on Friday, April 18, 2013 i Re-Entered the building waited approximately 45minutes the Manager Eric, called me into a room were he Introduced me to an Assistance Manager named Jimmy, notifies me that I'm going to be with this man Jimmy for the day to show me how they work, the benefits, practically what the whole business is all about and told me that was going to last till 8pm. As Eric Opened the door for Jimmy and I to exit the "Office". *They Never once informed me in the office that this job is an "Outside Face-To-Face Customer Service", to me they waited till we " The Candidates" exit the office*. This is a strategy that I have discovered, the company does to prevent for us "Candidates" from walking out. I followed Jimmy to the parking lot to meet with his fellow co-workers Jodilyn an Mya for lunch and to go do some Sales after. At 4:25pm we headed towards Down South of Florida, went into a neighborhood parked the car in a corner of a house.

For the whole day till about 7pm we went from door to door informing the Residents the construction of AT&T and U-Verse has to offer for these Residents. At 7:10pm we Walked to a near by Subway to have a "Lunch Time Breakdown" to discuss the business, benefits, the growth, and commission. By 7:35pm he gave me all the information he need to tell me as Jimmy and I walked 7 Blocks back to the car to meet the co-workers Jodilyn and Mya. We went back to continue knocking on the doors to speak to these other Residents and inform them the AT&T and U-Verse product.

As Jimmy and I was walking back, he explained to me how *he and his fellow co-workers moved from New York to Miami do to business expanding, how he and fellow co-workers go out partying during weekdays every other day and everyday on weekends" and how "ECM" have also done work in "Verizon, ELectricity *I forgot the Name* and a Energy Supply" below in this article I have a web link of another report of a man that explains, specifies and/or similarities to what I've just had said. Once jimmy said about "Verizon, Electricity and Energy Supply" I've asked myself *What does any of those got to do with ATT&T and U-Verse got to do with those?* I asked Jimmy, "So Jimmy, Do you all come up with new Ideas and events to sale ?"  He replied, "Well usually if someone comes up with a great Idea and/or event, then Yes, We Go For It". Jimmy also stated how He and His Collies all live together under one complex, some are either have their own spots or roommate together, in this specific report *the link below* specifies and I literally copied and paste "NONA is now CEO", and "You had managers using their position to take advantage of new people both physically & financially. "NONA" herself has slept with at least five men in the company which is probably how she got her title. Many times managers were having sex with co workers no matter their positions & people weren't being paid For the accounts they closed. The managers seemed to be the only ones making money, traveling & enjoying the perks they described in the interview process."

By 8:00pm Jimmy informs me "We're soon about to head back to the office". By 8:45pm Jimmy notices i was starting go be inpatient *do to my bus schedule that I take for transportation stops running at a certain time limit 9pm, dehydration, being in the sun and feet hurting from non-stop walking all afternoon and evening*, he then notifies me that sometimes they 'he and his co-workers' tend to stay out a little longer then they usually do. I was upset, because not once on Thursday, April 18, 2013 or Friday, April 19, 2013 did they mentioned this information, they wait until Us "The Candidates" is outside in the street with these co-workers. I had ask Jimmy "May I borrow your phone to contact my boyfriend to explain to him I was going to arrive home a little late ?" Jimmy responded, "Don't you worry, we're about to leave in just a few minutes". At 9:00pm we was speaking to a client making a sale, it lasted 45minutes.

At 9:46pm I was really upset because this whole business was *Unacceptable and Unprofessional*. Jimmy knowing I had a schedule to keep do to transportation and bus service, he still held me back. On the way back heading towards the car Jimmy tells me "Okay" I gave Eric a feedback about you, "honestly I'm impressed with you I told Eric nothing but good things about you, we are going back to the Office to meet with Eric and Discuss about the 3rd interview and later Eric and I would have a discussion if you have what it takes to join our team" I responded "Okay".

At 10:15pm we arrived back to Downtown Miami, ECM Acquisitions, Inc. Jimmy and I waited outside in the back entrance because front entrance had closed already at 6pm. We waited for a Manager to open the back door because only Senior Managers have the Keys to the door. As a fellow Unknown Senior Manager approached with another enroller, she unlocked the door. We all walked back together, ran into Eric in the hallway, Jimmy tells Jodilyn to take me into the office to fill out a form about, "What was my opinion of Today?", "What I liked and least liked of the day?" and "My Opinions of My leader Jimmy?"

Once I was almost finished, I looked up and Jimmy was Right In front of me, he looks down at me and says "You don't have to finish all of it, Here just hand it in". He then tells me to follow him into a small Office room with Jodilyn the Manager and the other Unknown Senior Manager, tells me to have a seat. Asks me question that the form I had filled out had already asked me.

Jimmy practically just jump in to conclusion that they want me in their team and is willingly to work with me in this ECM company, without even speaking to the fellow Co-Workers to what their opinion was of me, Instead they all 3 congratulated me welcomed me into the team, *let me mind you, during the Interview, No such negotiation was talked about salary, usually during interviews every job is suppose to notify you the salary and income*. Instead he Jimmy, invites me for Saturday, April 20, 2013 "co-workers party", If I was unable to attend then to Sunday's, April 21, 2013 " Bar B-Q" that Jimmy was having. I Responded, "I'll see, but Thank You" we shook hands and I exited the office through the back entrance by 10:45pm.

As I rushed out to catch the Omni 'Metro Mover' to North College Campus were I had to go to Reach the bus. Do to Jimmy and the co-workers for holding me back, I had to miss the last 7th Street bus, waited an Hour for the 8th street bus that somewhat takes me around my area where I have to take another bus the 27th Avenue bus that leaves me just a few blocks from my house, my phone was dead, no one let me use their phone's and payphones were cut off. I had spent i in total of $56.00 for transportation *to ECM, to my home and Friday night's delay* 2 packs of cigarettes, caused of stress and food for myself.

I arrived home at 12:45am, My Boyfriend was in freak panic mode between the hours at 8:30pm-12:00am  and had Reported me Missing do to non-communication of the whole day, having my Friends and Family worrying, He takes me into the bedroom, pulls out the laptop and shows me these reports and bloggers *usually that's just spam*, but what caught my attention was that in one of the Ripoff Reports "NONA BLACK" it explain "ECM Acquisitions, Inc." is a Scam ! "NONA BLACK" had the Exact Same Details of what I have experienced with ECM, only difference is that this didn't happen in New York, it's happening in Miami, ECM started off in New York but moved to Miami do to New York-ans was noticing the Scam ECM was doing and the other difference is that in New York they were selling Energy Product's, Verizon and Electricity scandal, but here in Miami, they're dealing with AT&T and U-Verse. That's when I told my Boyfriend what had happened through out the day. These links below is the Ripoff Reports I had read, This is what made me decide to tell you all my part of the story dealing "ECM, acquisitions, inc". My suggestion it to read these Reports and compare these similarities to mine.

On the behalf on finding them on careerbuilder.com I have emails from the Manager Jovanna one of the Representatives of "ECM", explaining the process and enrollment for the 1st and 2nd interview. "Do Not Apply and/or Fall for ECM, Acquisitions, Inc."

In-conclusion,
  As of today Saturday, April 20, 2013; I've Received a text from Jimmy saying, "What's your email? so I can send you the portfolio of ATT&T and U-Verse" I replied, "Jimmy, last night I made it home late do to yeserday's held back, my Boyfriend reported me missing and everything, As of today I am writing to NEWS TIME stating everything that happening do to your company". Shortly after I received a RESTRICTED CALL, my Boyfriend had answered the phone, "Hello, Who is this?" he whispers to me Eric the Senior Manager. He tells Eric that I wasn't available to speak, and stated how Unprofessional yesterday's action was handled, my Boyfriend also said "As of yesterday we read reports do to your company and it Includeds with your name in the reports of the whole entire Scam! You can Best believe the media is going to know about you all in ECM Acquisitions, inc." Eric replies, "May you have Anonymous, give me a call back?" My Boyfriend laughed and responds, "How do you expect for me to to tell my Girlfriend Anonymous to call you back when Anonymous and Myself do not have your number? She can't even call back, beacause You're is calling in Restricted?" Mr. Eric did NOT bothered to to interrupt nor reply to my Boyfriend, he just kept his silence. As of today Saturday, April 20th, 2013 the company ECM Acquisitions, Inc. has been informed of these reports and that I *Anonymous* am making a Follow Up Report do to ECM, but to you all I am just Anonymous, so those of you who are reading this, You've been WARNED!
