 I purchased a 65inch TV through another company on 11/21/16. The vendor of the TV uses NSD for the delivery service for freight orders. NSD received the order on 11/29/16 it is now 12/20/16 and I still do not have my TV. I've been given the run around by this company. The latest is the TV arrived at the last terminal so my delivery can be scheduled and when I called I was told there was a mistake in the information on their website when checking the status of my order and the TV has not arrived. What's confusing to me is each order has a unique identifier called a tracking number so how could my package be scanned by a scanner stating it's at a specific location but when you call you are told it's not there. How can you lose a 65 inch TV? So now it's 5 days before Christmas and I still don't have my TV I ordered a month ago but I'm being told by the phone agent he can ASSURE me it's not lost or stolen. How is that possible when you don't even know where the TV is located. What's also frustrating with this company is they don't return your phone calls but you can get an IMMEDIATE response if you use Yelp. I would not recommend this company as a delivery service because of the POOR communication and because they lost or stole my TV. Update as of 12/20/2016 the COWARDS at this company updated the status when I check by the tracking number to stat "delivery exception occurred please email us at customercare@nonstopdelivery.com" and when I called they say my 65 inch TV was lost in transit. How is that possible when they picked the item up from the vendor. THEY STOLE MY TV AND WANT ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE TV FROM.
