WE PURCHASED OVER $3K WORTH OF HPC BLADES ( AVIATION PARTS ) IN NEW CONDITION AND UPON RECEIPT NOTICED THEY WERENT NEW OR MARKED WITH THE PART #! WE ADVISED ROSA AT NORDAIR IMMEDIATELY AND WE AGREED TO LET THE CLIENT MAKE THE FINAL DECISION. WHICH WE DID AND THEY REJECTED THEM FOR THE SAME REASONS LISTED ABOVE.
I ADVISED ROSA RIGHT AWAY AND SHE MENTIONED SHE WANTED THEM BACK TO INSPECT THEM. KNOWING THEY SOLD US USED NOT NEW PARTS AND NOT TO MENTION PARTS WITHOUT PART #'S IS A HUGE NO NO IN THE AVIATION WORLD. I GAVE ROSA EVERY CHANCE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND SHE EVEN MENTIONED AFTER MY LAST EMAIL I WOULD HEAR BACK FROM HER BY THE NEXT DAY WHICH CAME AND WENT WITH NO REPLY.
JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE, NOT PROFESSIONALS, BASICALLY CRIMINALS AS THEY STOLE OVER $3K FROM US. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
