 The manager tells you when you can cook so if you get up for a midnight snack a notice will be on your door. Women cannot own high heels they must be taken off before you enter your home. The manager has turned of the water and heat during the winter time and leaves for days on end leaving residents with out water and heat. He still turns the water off randomly without notice. He parks in the handicap and fines the resident who need the handicap for making him walk more steps to the office. He hired workers who asked me for sexual favors and knocked on my door and neighbors door looking for drugs.
