Norel Capitol approves high risk people for loans. They demand that since you are high risk that you pay 6 months worth of payments up front. We sent the payment in via Western Union. They promised to have the money in the account with 6 hours of receiving the payment but when that didn't happen and we called back, they demanded more money for 'insurance' because we are high risk.

When we asked for our money back they said it would be 30 days. However we found another website, www.yedda.com that showed that many other people have been scammed in the same way and we're probably never going to see our money again. When you call them they ask you to call back in 30 minutes but then they don't answer the phone.

So not only are we not getting the loan we need so badly, we're out a lot of money up front that we could not afford to lose.

These people prey on those of us that are having a hard time in this economy and everyone should be warned.
