Renting from Norm King will only result in one thing; loosing your deposit. Here is a scammer who's whole strategy is to get you to part with a deposit that you will never see again and frustratingly it is not enough money to merit going to the small claim courts over.
More disturbingly, attempting to recover the deposit will only result in escalating threats of legal action and eventually violence. While these threats are almost certainly hollow they quickly make the $300 you have had stolen from you not worth the risk.
At the end of the day it pays to do your homework. Google the apartments address, google the name of the person you are dealing with and google any contact information you have available. The information is out there, Norm has done this before and will continue to do it. Don't let it happen to you!

nice try. norm king in surrey off 152 is a scammer and thief and is known to police. and is the fake Realtor scamming people of deposits period... more than one? using his phone # really really ??? not likely
