Norman Meisenberg and Gale Wechsler Phoney rich tenants Woodbury New York

Norman Meisenberg and his girlfriend or wife Gale Meisenberb are skilled scammers, liars, and make a practice of pretending to live off their famous wealthy father, Robert Wechsler.  The couple were my tenants and lived in Woodbury NY and failed to pay rent and upkeep the property-I have recently completed an ecviction and am now in the process of recovering more than $80,000, not including damages to the home and property.  

They are skilled in the art of landlord deception and go from one upscale community to the next without paying their rent and their other essential bills.  Following a bit of research I discovered that the couple use aliases and make a practice of spelling their names differently so as to throw off bill collectors.  Lipa was put in her aged father's name as well as the phone and other bills as well-they pay the minimum amount so as not to have services shut off, although, prior to their eviction they lived in the house without electricity and conspired to try and turn the power on and attain free electricity.  There winter's are spent trying to get free oil and they attempt to get the independent oil companies to drop the oil off and to bill it to another name.  

The wife, Gale, is a complete shut-in and alcoholic drug addict pretending to be a wealthy trust-fund recipent.  She has a very bad appearance and appears to looks like she is psychotic. They live off his social security and the little money that she can borrow from her father.  She is an adopted child, and according to Norman "She is isane and not able to get along with anyone.  She is very much concerned with looking as though she has considerable wealth and will conduct herself in a fashion to give the unsuspecting victim the feeling as though she can quite easily pay her bills.

Norman has been arrested for writing checks ($13,000 payable to me) without sufficient funds and currently has a warrant for his arrest as he has not answered his last warrant appearance.  He is a pathalogical liar and while he has a nice demeanor and seems polite, he is in fact a sneaky and manipulative thief that lies not only for profit but to aggrandize himself as well.  Stories about dining with movie stars and incredible girlfriends with incredible money are part of his normal routine.  Norman has also been know to borrow money from loan sharks and not pay them back-he in fact has worn a wire and become an informant for the FBI and been responsible for Steve Madori's arrest and prison term.

At the time of this writing 7/19/2013, he has the police searching for him.  If you see Norman or Gale please contact 911 and report to the police that he has an outstanding warrant and they will pick him up.
